2016 Ladies’ Cardio Tennis

This is a great alternative to an hour at the gym. It is an intense, yet challenging, hour of running and hitting for players who want to build stamina and get in great tennis shape for the summer. There will be music on court to keep you moving.
* Reservations for all clinics are strongly recommended. Although we will try our best to accommodate last-minute arrivals without reservations, please note that space is limited and we cannot make any guarantees. A $3.00 “drop-in surcharge” will be applied if a reservation has not been made at least 24 hours in advance. No cancellations will be honored without 24-hour notice.
* PLEASE NOTE: All clinics require a minimum of 3 participants for players to receive the clinic rate. In the event that fewer than three players show up, a half hour individual or group lesson at the applicable lesson rate may be provided.
